However, in cases where services have not yet started or in exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Tech Starz Hub reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service at any time with prior notice, and will make reasonable efforts to complete any agreed deliverables or issue appropriate credit where applicable.
