3. Refund Before Work Starts

If you decide to cancel your project before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • No project kick-off meeting has taken place
  • No deliverables or work samples have been provided
  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Monthly packages are non-refundable once the month begins
  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed
  • Cancellation requires 30 days notice

  • Campaign setup fees are non-refundable
  • Ad spend is separate and handled directly through platforms
  • Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once services begin
